1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 2 days of your order, and then take up to 5 to 12 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kiditos has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

2. What's your return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns for a full refund within 10 days of purchase for any item that has not been opened or used. Follow these easy steps to process your free return: 

  • Ensure your return is unopened in its original packaging.
  • Contact Customer Care with your order number and reason for return.
  • Give us 1-2 business days, and then check your email for a prepaid return label.
  • Securely pack your return and use your prepaid label.
  • Check your email for return confirmation – refunds are typically processed within 2-3 days of receiving your return.


3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please inform us.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You need to ship the product back to us or we will arrange a reverse pickup.

5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
